Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website
I. INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION
I.1 The operator of the web interface at www.change48.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Web Interface”) is Change 48, s.r.o., with the registered office at Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company ID: 07554893 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), which exercises the property rights to that Web Interface and the contents thereof.
I.2 Each visitor to the Web Interface is obliged to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website Terms and Conditions”). A visitor to the Web Interface is any person who intends to use or is using the Operator’s Web Interface (hereinafter referred to as the “Visitor”).
I.3 The Web Interface is made available as is. The information on the Web Interface is non-binding and is published for information purposes; the Operator can change or delete that information at any time. Disclosure of any information or data does not have the nature of a legal action leading to the establishment of a legal relationship between the Operator and the Visitor, except for those actions and documents whose nature so implies, i.e. the conclusion of a Contract between the Operator and the Visitor and these Website Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions, the Complaints Code and the Privacy Policy.
II. MANNER OF USE OF THE WEB INTERFACE
II.1 Use of the Web Interface is only possible in accordance with legal regulations, principles of good morality and the principles of good commercial practice.
II.2 When using the Web Interface, the Visitor to the Web Interface may not use any software, mechanisms or procedures that could adversely affect the operation of the Web Interface, disrupt its functionality or place an unreasonable burden on it.
II.3 In the event the Visitor to the Web Interface commits any unlawful or unethical conduct or conduct that is in conflict with these Website Terms and Conditions, the Operator shall be entitled to restrict or terminate the Visitor’s access to the Web Interface.
II.4 The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Web Interface or the safety and security of the Web Interface. The Operator is also not liable for damage caused by access to and use of the Web Interface, damage caused by interruption of access to the Web Interface, any failure of the Web Interface, loss of data or the presence of malicious software.
III. COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
III.1 The Operator holds all rights to the contents of the Web Interface, in particular copyright and rights related to copyright, including page layout, photos, films, graphics, trademarks, logos and other contents and elements, as well as all rights to the selection and arrangement of the contents of the Web Interface (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”). The Content may also be protected by third-party rights.
III.2 The Visitor may not copy, modify or otherwise use the Content of the Web Interface, the Web Interface itself or any parts thereof in any way without the written consent of the Operator.
III.3 The names and designations of products, goods, services and companies placed on the Web Interface may be protected designations and as such may be protected by the respective rights of their rightholders.
IV. COOKIES
IV.1 Some pages of the Web Interface use cookies. Cookies are small files that the Web Interface sends to the Internet browser when the Visitor visits the Web Interface. Their purpose is to make the next visit easier and more pleasant.

The Operator does not guarantee the contents of such third-party websites and is not responsible for any changes thereof or for the violation of third-party rights that may occur on such websites.
VI. FINAL PROVISIONS
VI.1 The Operator may change or replace these Website Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
VI.2 These Website Terms and Conditions become effective on the day of their publication on the Web Interface. The date of publication of the Website Terms and Conditions is 5th of February 2022.
